The book is well written, well-structured and data driven. Given that climate change can be confusing and even sensationalised, this data driven book takes a deep dive to breakdown the topic from a scientist perspective.
The approach is rigorously but also made accessible to a reader to understand. The publication is very well researched and offers balanced account of the environmental concerns we are facing.
The author addresses false binaries we like to build like local versus global good, GM versus ‘natural’. Hannah does a brilliant job of highlighting where our focus should be and where our environmental efforts will drive outcomes using data not emotions.
Overall, this this is a book is understated and outlines opportunities that are open to our generation and is recommended for someone that wants to look under the bonnet, grapple with climate data and take a targeted approach to tackle climate change.
