A huge shout out to Caroline Lewis and Dr Jenifer Baxter CEng FIMechE. I have the pleasure of working with both, at Board level in Industry Wales.
Dr Jenifer and Caroline are extremely knowledgeable and respectively powerhouses in their own right. A shout out also goes to Industry Wales for embracing diversity at board level. I can confidently say we have a balanced board of directors in terms of knowledge, experience, gender, age, ethnicity etc.
