In recent months I sat down with Tara Tattersall and the sustainability team at Loughborough University to hear about and advise on their sustainability strategy within the conference and hospitality facilities at the university.
Today I’m having dinner at Fifty The Street, Loughborough University’s onsite restaurant, experiencing sustainability first hand from locally sourced menu items, plant-based options to their upfront commitment to the local hospice…I do hope dinner taste as good as their menu looks 😋
