Took part in an Empowered Women, Empowering Women’s event yesterday evening at Leicester University. The speakers were great and put forward new ways of supporting one another.
It is so important as a woman in industry and academia to support and encourage other women, especially those coming through the ranks. We have all been there to understand those feelings and struggles.
Would highly recommend the monthly event for anyone looking to be part of the audience or even a panel member. This type of event should be spread across the country.
