We are half way through the Hackathon consisting of 90 Cardiff University MSc students in one room for 11 hours. The pressure has been intense with them applying theory of change to the case of Cynon Valley Organic Adventure. It has been a pleasure being part of the facilitation team. This is a collaborative event put together by Cardiff Business School, Social Business Wales, Social Enterprise, Welsh ICE and Big Ideas Wales. Thank you Martin Downes for rolling out the day.
