Where did 2024 go? Is it just me or has it gone like a flash?
⤷ With all the posts of reflection and closing off the year, I thought I’d throw mine in too.
⤷ For me, this year, this December was a big one! December closes off not only a year but a full decade for me, with a big Birthday (…and no, it wasn’t 21 again).
⤷ Alot to take stock of and many things I’ve been humbled by.
⤷ My message to you (below), featured as part of my Birthday celebration table centrepieces (…yes, I went all out with my birthday celebration, it was verging on the size of a wedding 🫣).
⤷ Still overwhelmed and very humbled so many people travelled the country to celebrate with me on a Sunday afternoon.
⤷ As I close one chapter, one whole decade and open another, I do it with fond memories, lessons learnt, laughter, love and hope.
* My message to you….*
⤷ Seeing another day, week, year…another birthday is a privilege. A privilege, which many are not afforded!
⤷ We are truly blessed by Allah [God] swt to be able to wake up every morning.
⤷ May we remember our privilege and live life to the fullest.
⤷ May we live life as the best version of ourselves.
⤷ May we treasure every moment with our loved ones, making memories to be treasured within our hearts forever.
I am forever blessed to have you in my life.
