Today, on Earth Day I took a step back and thought about how much of a tough year it has been. I thought about all the wonderful people who have been working hard to maintain earth and fight climate change.
I want to take this moment to just say thank you! That includes my network working in procurement and supply chains that know the grind trying to understand and factor in climate change/low carbon aspects into products and practices. We witnessed, you heroes, pull out all the stops on a national platform during the Covid-19 crisis, Thank You!
Thank you to everyone that continues to challenge the status quo today to support the delivery of a fairer, greener, cleaner tomorrow. Thank you to everyone working in education for watering the garden of flowers that will be our future bloom. Thank you educators and trainers who have been including climate change and sustainability into modules and training sessions. Thank you to all the people that work in and around policy who have been pushing the climate agenda onto the platform it is on today. Thank you to everyone breaking boundaries in their professions and daily lives to tackle climate change, we solute you all!!!
